- Cancellations made 14+ days before the trip: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the trip: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip: Non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Funds will be returned via the original payment method.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
- Customers can reschedule their trip at least 7 days in advance without a penalty.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the trip may incur additional fees.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered for medical emergencies or unforeseen travel restrictions.
- If Maloree Hikes cancels an event due to extreme weather or other unavoidable reasons, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
